A Place Called Hope will present a live raptor show as part of the annual "Wild Inside" December vacation week programing. The program is recommended for ages 5 and up and is free with park admission. Because space is limited to 100 visitors, tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis at 9 a.m. on the day of the show.

Sharon Audubon will present a live program of Hawks and Owls during the February vacation week. Space is limited to 100 visitors. Tickets are available after 9 a.m. on the day of the show on a first-come, first-served basis. The program is free with Exhibit Center admission.

Celebrate the discovery of the tracks in 1966 with music, games, crafts, and live animal presentations. All outdoor activities are free.
The Exhibit Center, which closed in late February for renovations, is now open with a new Discovery Room featuring hands-on activities and exciting new exhibits for children and adults.
View a Film: Films are shown beginning at 10 a.m. Last showing begins at 3:30 p.m. Films are scheduled only on weekends. During the week, visitors may request a film.
Meet the park’s animals: Programs with our live animals will be conducted only on weekends.
Track Talks: A staff member will answer questions about the tracks and discuss what Connecticut was like in the early Jurassic period. Call the park for the schedule.
Discovery Room: Spend time in our newly renovated Discovery Room. There are hands-on activities for children and adults, live animals, and a special corner for young visitors.
